Mike is an independent advisor to public sector Chief Information Officers and senior managers on IT strategy, planning and mission-critical initiatives. As a CIO he was widely recognized as a leader in the strategic implementation of technology culminating in being cited by ComputerWorld magazine as a “Super CIO” - the only public sector CIO so honored. His post-CIO career has also won accolades including a Hammer Award and the Meritorious Public Service Award for his work with the civilian federal government and DoD respectively.
